2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Data you provide voluntarily

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It reaches our inbox through our email provider, Resend, and is not otherwise shared with third parties. If you subscribe to the newsletter in the site footer, we collect your email address (and your name, if you give it) to confirm and manage your subscription.

2.2 Automatically collected data

We use Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode to measure how the site is used (pages viewed, referrer, approximate country, device type and clicks on partner links). Until you choose Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics runs without cookies and receives only cookieless measurement pings. If you accept, Google Analytics may set cookies to recognise returning visits. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver and protect the site.

3. Cookies

TopAiAgent sets no analytics, advertising or affiliate cookies until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, none of them are set.

• Cookie consent preference— A local-storage key that remembers whether you chose Accept or Reject, for up to 12 months.
• Google Analytics 4— Cookieless until you accept. After you accept, Google Analytics cookies are used to measure visits and recognise returning visitors.
• Impact— After you accept, we load the Impact affiliate network’s tracking tag, which may set cookies so that Impact can credit us when you buy from one of its partners.

3.1 Advertising

We are setting up Google AdSense to show advertising on TopAiAgent. Where ads are shown, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. Analytics, advertising and affiliate cookies are used only with your consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser, which brings the cookie banner back. You may also disable cookies in your browser settings.

4. Affiliate Links

Some links on TopAiAgent are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When you follow a partner link, the affiliate network that manages it (for example Impact, Commission Junction (CJ) or Rakuten Advertising) and the merchant may set their own cookies to record the referral. We do not control those cookies. Please read our affiliate disclosure and each partner’s privacy policy for more information.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

• Art. 6(1)(a) Consent— When you submit the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, and for the analytics, advertising and affiliate cookies you accept in the cookie banner.
• Art. 6(1)(f) Legitimate interest— For cookieless measurement (Google Analytics pings before consent and Cloudflare Web Analytics) and for hosting and security.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property, after which Google deletes it.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are in the EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request rectification of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Datatilsynet in Norway).

8. Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare— Hosting, content delivery, security and cookieless web analytics.
• Google— Google Analytics 4 (analytics) and Google AdSense (advertising).
• Resend— Delivery of contact-form and newsletter emails.
• Affiliate partners— Affiliate networks such as Impact, Commission Junction (CJ) and Rakuten Advertising, and the VPN providers, security software vendors and other merchants we link to (see disclosure).

9. International Transfers

Cloudflare, Google, Resend and some affiliate networks may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Children’s Privacy

TopAiAgent is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
